Search your product catalogue in real time using Wizzy Search. When a customer asks about a product, the AI triggers this skill and returns matching items as a rich carousel with image, price, and action buttons.

SKILL: Wizzy Product Search

  • Input: customer's search query
  • Output: carousel of products (name, price, image, View & Add to Cart buttons)
  • Fallback: plain text if no results or API error

CONFIGURATION:

  • Wizzy API Key (Secret, required) — from Wizzy dashboard → Settings → API
  • Engine ID (String, required) — from Wizzy dashboard → Engines
  • Number of Results (Number, optional) — defaults to 5

SETUP:

  1. Install and configure with API Key + Engine ID
  2. Go to Personas → [Persona] → Skills → enable Wizzy Search
  3. Test: "show me running shoes"

ERRORS: API failures and empty results are handled gracefully — the AI is informed and responds naturally.
