## Description

## Skills

- **Cancel Order** (execute) — Cancels a ShipRocket order that has not yet shipped. Requires the numeric ShipRocket order id, and reports plainly when the cancellation was refused rather than implying it succeeded.
- **Check Courier Serviceability** (search) — Answers whether any courier delivers to a pin code from the store's pickup pin code, prepaid or cash on delivery, with the couriers that serve it and their delivery times.
- **Check Shipping Rates** (search) — Quotes courier rates for a route and weight, cheapest first, with any cash-on-delivery charge already included in each total.
- **Get NDR Shipments** (search) — Lists the shipments whose delivery failed and are waiting on a decision — reattempt or return to origin — with the AWB, order, customer, courier and reason for each.
- **Get Order Details** (search) — Fetches an order's items, payment method, total, destination city and pin code, and its shipment's AWB and courier. Returns the AWB needed to track it.
- **NDR Reattempt Delivery** (execute) — Asks the courier to attempt a failed delivery again, optionally with a corrected address, phone number or preferred date. Reports plainly when the request was refused.
- **Track Shipment by AWB** (search) — Looks up a shipment's live status, courier, expected delivery date and recent scans from its AWB number. The everyday "where is my parcel" answer when the customer has a tracking number.
- **Track Shipment by Order ID** (search) — Tracks every shipment on a ShipRocket order, so an order split across several parcels reports the status of each rather than only the first.
