Send a payment link in the chat, and confirm the payment in the same thread when it lands

Collecting a payment is the one moment a conversation has to leave the conversation. This closes that loop: the link is issued in the thread, and when Razorpay reports it paid, the confirmation lands there too — even hours later.

Bundled automation

When a link is paid, the conversation is labelled and the customer is told — a normal reply inside WhatsApp's 24-hour window, an approved template outside it.

Setup

  1. Razorpay → Settings → API Keys, generate a key pair
  2. Razorpay → Settings → Webhooks, add the address this install shows you, for payment_link.paid
  3. Install, paste both secrets, pick the label to apply
