## Description

Connects your agent to your agency's Heffl workspace — what clients can ask, and what your procedures can file. ## Answers clients **📄 Check Quotation** · **📊 Check Project Status** · **📞 Request Callback** Quotations and projects are shown only to the client the channel proves — the WhatsApp number, SMS number or email address on their Heffl record. ## Runs only inside your procedures **💼 Create Deal** · **➡️ Move Deal Stage** · **🧾 Draft Quotation** These change your pipeline, so the agent cannot call them on its own. Place them in a procedure, after the checks you want. Quotations are drafted from your product catalog and never sent — your team reviews and sends them. ## Setup 1. Heffl → **Settings → Developer**, create an API key 2. Install this and paste it 3. Optionally name the pipeline, template and team member to use 4. Enable it on your **Persona → Skills**

## Skills

- **Check Project Status** (execute) — Reports the status, current stage, dates and project lead of the customer's projects in Heffl, matched by the number or email they are writing from.
- **Check Quotation** (execute) — Reports the status, total and expiry of quotations sent to the customer in this conversation, matched by the WhatsApp number, SMS number or email they are writing from.
- **Create Deal** (execute) — Opens a deal in the configured Heffl pipeline for the customer in this conversation, creating their contact if needed, with a follow-up task carrying their notes. Returns the open deal instead if they already have one.
- **Draft Quotation** (execute) — Drafts a quotation in Heffl for the customer from catalog products and quantities, priced from the catalog and linked to their open deal. The draft is never sent — the team reviews and sends it.
- **Move Deal Stage** (execute) — Moves the customer's open deal in the configured pipeline to another open stage. Never to a won or lost stage — closing a deal stays with the team.
- **Request Callback** (execute) — Files a call task in Heffl asking the team to phone the customer back, linked to their open deal when they have one. A repeat request answers with the task already queued.
