## Description

Connects your AI agent to DTDC's courier and logistics APIs. Enables real-time consignment tracking by AWB/consignment number, pincode serviceability checks, shipment booking, and nearest franchise/drop-off location lookup — all from within customer conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and WebChat.
